How does it work?

Once you’ve purchased the template, I will transfer it to a brand new website within 24 hours (not instantaneous as I have to do it manually).
You will receive an email with an invite to your new site. Accept the invitation and create or log in to your account. The website is now yours to customise and use.
You then receive an email giving you access to the course containing all the videos + resources you need to customise and use your new site.

This course contains many videos teaching you how to customise your site, import your content and understand the layout of the pages.

My Website Content Planner is also included in the course (usually AUD$33) to help you audit your current website, structure your entire website and create your content.
Once your content is ready, import it to your website.

The Template Kit comes on Squarespace 7.1. If you’re on the previous 7.0 version you will have to create a new account on 7.1
You will be in charge to manage the installation of your domain, email campaign etc. (simply follow the Squarespace tutorials)

100%. Squarespace is a super easy to use platform + there are tutorials for literally everything you might need. There are also a lot of video tutorials on Youtube from people who are experts in Squarespace.

Yep! In the styling videos, I explain everything about customising the templates for your personal brand. Changing everything - fonts, colours, photos, backgrounds etc. - is super easy, so no worries!

Not at all. I have used a tiny bit of code for this template, but it is only simple stuff (such as custom font, placing a border around a photo, some underlines etc.). I explain everything in the videos provided, and every single piece of code is referenced per page and element so that you’re never lost!

When you purchase this template, you can use it once. You can obviously buy another one to use for another website or for a client if that’s what you do. The ‘Made by Soulful Design’ + link to my website needs to stay as it is in the footer to credit my work. You cannot re-use, re-sell or re-distribute the template.

Yes. You get 30 days of support. This way, you have time to work on your content + customise your website, then you can contact me if you have some questions. It will not be the kind of support where I do heaps of things for you. But if you have some simple questions or requests, you can email me.
You can also hire me for a few hours if you want some things to be done by a professional.
